Salon guest bookings: the shop is the controller; we process that data for them. Owner accounts, billing, and this website: we are the controller.

We process booking details (name, email, optional phone/notes), shop owner and staff accounts, and security logs. Legal bases: contract, legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention), and consent for optional ads cookies.

You can request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction. You may complain to a data protection authority. We do not sell personal data. Some providers are outside the EEA and use standard contractual clauses.

Data is kept only as long as needed for the service, legal duties, and billing records.
